Comprehensive Warranty Protection
NPAR Interiors provides warranty on modular furniture and interior products supplied and installed by us. We stand behind the quality of our work with comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind.
1.1 Manufacturing Defects
- Structural defects in cabinets, shutters, and carcass materials
- Issues arising from manufacturing or assembly defects
- Factory faults in plywood, WPC boards, laminates, and edge banding
1.2 Hardware & Accessories
Covers defects in:
- Hinges, channels, drawer systems
- Locks, lift-up mechanisms, handles
- Connectors and other modular hardware
(As per the brand's warranty, up to 10 years.)
1.3 Termite & Borer Protection
- Applicable only on Full modular products with WPC boards, HDHMR boards/MDF board
- Termite-resistant materials used in carcass
- Coverage: Up to 10 years, depending on material type
1.4 Modular Products
Warranty covers all modular:
- Kitchens
- Wardrobes
- TV units
- Loft storage
- Cabinets and other factory-finished units
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or overloading
- Water leakage from sink, plumbing, or civil dampness
- Issues due to wall seepage, moisture absorption, or building defects
- Normal wear & tear, ageing, colour fading, laminate peeling
- Electrical appliances and lights (covered by respective brands)
- Glass, mirrors, countertop (granite/quartz) breakage
- Pest damage caused by rats, cockroaches, etc.
- Damage due to fire, flood, accidents, natural disasters
- Repairs or modifications done by third parties or customers
- Improper cleaning chemicals, harsh usage, or physical impact
NPAR Interiors offers warranty up to a maximum of 10 years as below:

To claim warranty, customer must:

Provide invoice and photos/videos of the issue

Allow inspection by NPAR Interiors' technical team

Approve service visit schedule

Free repair/replacement if covered

Labour and material charges apply if not covered
Important Note
Replacement will be done only for defective parts, not full units.
- Colour/finish variations may occur due to batch changes
- Warranty applies only to products designed, supplied, and installed by NPAR Interiors
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Customer must maintain proper ventilation and avoid water contact with wooden units
Customer must ensure:
- No water seepage or continuous moisture exposure
- Proper load management—do not overload shelves/drawers
- Avoid external drilling, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Regular basic cleaning and maintenance
Authority
NPAR Interiors will make the final decision based on inspection and warranty policy. Our technical team's assessment is binding for all warranty claims.
